Product Overview

Acrylic emulsion A-100 is a high-performance waterborne acrylic copolymerization emulsion designed for the field of architectural coatings, industrial coatings and adhesives. It has excellent film-forming properties, weatherability and adhesion, and is suitable for a wide range of substrate surfaces. It is environmentally friendly and low VOC, which is in line with the development trend of modern green chemical industry.

Product Characteristics

1. Excellent weatherability  

   - Strong UV resistance, not easy to be yellowed and chalked for long-term use, suitable for outdoor application.  

2. Excellent adhesion

- It shows strong adhesion to a variety of substrates such as concrete, wood and metal.  

3. Environmental protection and safety 

   - Water-based system, does not contain APEO, formaldehyde and other harmful substances, in line with international environmental standards (such as GB 18582-2020, EN 71-3).  

4. Good mechanical stability  

   - Water resistance, alkali resistance, high hardness after the film, excellent scratch resistance.  

5. Convenient construction  

   - Good fluidity, good compatibility with pigments and fillers, can be blended with a variety of formulations.

Fields of application

- Architectural coatings: interior and exterior wall emulsion paints, elastic coatings, waterproof coatings, etc.  

- Industrial coatings: metal anti-corrosion primer, wood paint, etc.  

- Adhesives: adhesives for paper, fabrics, building materials.  

- Others: can be used as modifier for cement mortar, sealant, etc.  

Suggestions for use 

- Dilution: It can be directly diluted with deionized water, and the recommended addition amount is ≤10%.  

- Compatibility: Compatible with common additives (such as dispersant, defoamer), but need to be confirmed by pre-test.  

- Storage: 5-35 ℃ sealed storage, avoid freezing, shelf life of 12 months.  

Packing specification 

- Standard packing: 120kg/drum (plastic drum) or 200kg/drum (iron drum).  

- Packaging can be customized according to customers' requirements.
