   - Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid (30% aqueous solution) or white paste (high concentration)  

   - Solubility: soluble in water and polar organic solvents, pH neutral (1% aqueous solution pH 6~8)  

   - Stability: resistant to acid, alkali and hard water, stable performance at high temperature  

2. Chemical properties:  

   - Amphoteric surfactant (cationic at pH<3, nonionic at pH>7)  

   - Excellent thickening, foam stabilization and emulsification.  

   - Mild and low irritation, synergistic with anionic/nonionic surfactants.
